Thinking of getting an air walker? - air walker socks

I am thinking of getting a wanderer in the air, bent over a manual treadmill, but then I found the air Walker and I've also read that there are more calories than you are walking burns and train the whole body. I just want to know if it is good?

A good training machines, or under their supervision.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day with nothing but water in the middle. Drink plenty of raw food, vegetables and fruit, preferably 50%. Chew each bite 32 times signal to activate at Ur Body System hunger and satiety.

Do light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U is much more effective than UR planning to do, and within a reasonable time. Take your time.

Hello, I'm in the same dilemma is, I buy a tape or go for a walker air guide. I think the air traveler, you get better cooperation on the tape, and it seems to do more fun.
